GRATUITIES

• TERMINAL TACKLE, BAIT, FLIES, SHUTTLES, FUEL, BOAT LAUNCH FEES AND RODS/REELS ARE PROVIDED BY INDIVIDUAL GUIDES. IT IS CUSTOMARY FOR GUIDES TO RECEIVE GRATUITIES BASED ON THEIR PROFESSIONALISM AND ATTENTIVENESS. A TYPICAL GRATUITY IS AROUND 20%

REFUND POLICY (Updated 3/3/2020)

Under normal circumstances, a 14-day refund policy is in effect. If you need to cancel your fishing booking reservation for any reason up to 14 days prior to your scheduled fishing trip, a full 100% refund will be granted. In the event of a “no-call, no-show,” we reserve the right to withhold any and all deposits or payments made to Cooper Landing Fishing Guide, LLC. Under special circumstances, due to uncertainty with acts of nature, wildlife, viruses, man-made and natural disasters, we reserve the right to hold deposits and payments to reschedule future dates or hold funds as a "credit" to your account.
